摘  要:水库廊道常年处于渗水、潮湿状态,会导致混凝土大量钙质、镁质析出物流失,廊道内壁的涂装体系常发生分解、粉化、剥落,严重影响了廊道的运营安全及整体形象。采用基于溶胶凝胶技术的纳硅材料对其进行改性,研究了潮湿环境的固化机理,测试漆膜各项物理、力学、化学性能指标,并在鲁班水库潮湿廊道进行了现场涂装试验,形成了科学、可行的施工工艺。结果表明:潮湿固化纳硅涂料在该类环境中能有效固化,漆膜具有优异的各项性能指标,施工工艺简洁可行。研究成果可有效减少混凝土钙质、镁质析出物流失,有效保障了混凝土结构的安全运营与整体形象,可广泛应用于水库廊道、水电站地下厂房等地下潮湿环境的混凝土结构。The reservoir corridor is constantly in a state of seepage and moisture,which can lead to the precipitation and loss of a large amount of calcium and magnesium in the concrete.The coating system of the inner wall of the corridor often undergoes decomposition,pulverization,and peeling,seriously affecting the operational safety and overall image of the corridor.This problem can be effectively solved by modifying the properties of nano-silicon materials based on sol gel technology.We studied the curing mechanism in humid environments,tested various physical,mechanical,and chemical performance indicators of the paint film,and conducted on-site coating tests in the humid corridor of the Luban Reservoir,forming a scientific and feasible construction process.Practical applications showed that moisture cured nano-silicon coatings can effectively cure in such environments,and the paint film had an excellent performance indicators.The construction process was simple and feasible.This research achievement can effectively reduce the precipitation and loss of calcium and magnesium in concrete,effectively ensuring the safe operation and overall image of concrete structures.It can be widely used in concrete structures in underground humid environments such as reservoir corridors and underground power plants.
