摘  要:当前全球有数百万人是在特殊危险环境下工作,同时俄乌冲突、巴以冲突、缅北战争等局部战争频发,耐高温阻燃、耐辐照防静电、防弹耐切割等特种防护用纺织品显得尤为重要。高性能防护材料主要来源于各类特种纤维材料,随着纤维材料的发展,特种防护用品已逐渐从单纯的防御性能向功能性、灵活性和经济性并存方向发展。现今,利用多种纤维材料配合使用或添加功能性填料等手段,制成高性能防护材料,并通过材料组成与配比调节、结构最优化设计、界面性能改善或成型工艺选择等途径,提高特种防护性能已经成为发展趋势。At present,millions of people around the world are working in special dangerous environments.At the same time,local wars such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the Palestinian Israeli conflict,and the Northern Myanmar war are frequent.Special protective textiles,such as high-temperature resistant and flame retardant,radiation resistant and anti-static,bulletproof and cutting resistant,are particularly important.High performance protective materials mainly come from various special fiber materials.With the development of fiber materials,special protective equipment has gradually shifted from simple defensive performance to the direction of functionality,flexibility,and economy.Nowadays,the use of various fiber materials in combination or the addition of functional fillers to produce high-performance protective materials has become a development trend.Through material composition and ratio adjustment,structural optimization design,interface performance improvement,or molding process selection,the improvement of special protective performance has become more and more necessary.
