摘 要:目的以某品牌四开门冰箱为研究对象,基于缓冲包装“五步法”,通过结构设计和仿真分析对冰箱包装进行优化改善,为大尺寸冰箱设计更合理的运输包装方案。方法通过拓扑优化方法研究底垫材料的最优分布,以优化结果指导底垫结构设计;运用仿真软件ANSYS对冰箱包装件进行跌落仿真分析,并结合可靠性试验,验证包装新方案的可靠性。结果得到包装件的面跌落、棱跌落、角跌落响应加速度峰值分别为28.2g、20.3g、16.8g,均小于许用脆值40g,对比跌落试验采集到的数据与仿真数据,验证了仿真分析的可靠性;优化后底垫质量为0.46kg,相较于初步设计质量(0.72kg)减少了约36%,每套包材成本降低了13.69元,降幅约9.8%。结论应用拓扑优化及有限元仿真的方法,对冰箱包装设计方案进行改进,减少了物理试验的次数,缩短了包装研发周期,降低了包装研发成本,可为类似产品工程实践中的包装研发工作提供思路。The work aims to take a brand of four-door refrigerator as the research object and based on the"five-step method"of cushioning packaging,optimize and improve the refrigerator packaging according to structural design and simulation analysis,so as to design a more reasonable transportation packaging scheme for large size refrigerators.Topological optimization method was used to study the optimal distribution of cushioning materials,and the optimization results were used to guide the structural design of cushion.The simulation software ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out the simulation analysis of the drop of the refrigerator packaging,and the reliability test was combined to verify the reliability of the new packaging scheme.The response acceleration peaks of surface drop,edge drop and corner drop of the packaging were 28.2g,20.3g and 16.8g respectively,which were all less than the allowable brittleness value of 40g.The reliability of the simulation analysis was verified by comparing the data collected from the drop test and the simulation data.After optimization,the mass of the cushion was 0.46 kg,which was reduced by about 36%compared with the initial design mass of 0.72 kg,and the cost of each set of packaging materials was reduced by RMB 13.69,a decrease of about 9.8%.The method of topological optimization and finite element simulation can improve the design scheme,reduce the number of physical tests,shorten the cycle of packaging research and development,reduce the cost of packaging research and development,and provide ideas for packaging research and development in similar product engineering practice.
