摘 要:海洋石油采油生产单元远离陆地,全部后勤保障物资主要依靠船舶供给,码头作为连接海陆重要节点的物资集散地,在联通陆地生产支持与海上生产中起至关重要的作用。随着数字化、智能化的飞速发展,为更好地服务于海上油田作业生产,提出利用人工智能、大数据等先进技术来提升传统码头的作业效率和管理能力,应对油气开采单元不断增长的需求。从物资集散管理现状和作业生产特点方面开展综合分析,从技术和业务2个层面出发,结合海洋石油对码头作业的实际需求,对物流、仓储、作业、船舶及物资综合性一体化应用系统进行设计和研究,阐述系统建设的可行性。The offshore oil production unit is far from the land,and all logistics support materials are mainly supplied by ships.As an important node connecting the sea and land for material distribution,the dock plays a crucial role in connecting land production support and offshore production.With the rapid development of digitization and intelligence,in order to better serve the operation and production of offshore oil fields,it is proposed to use advanced information technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to improve the operational efficiency and management capabilities of traditional docks,in response to the growing demand for oil and gas extraction units.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of material distribution management and the characteristics of operation and production.From both technical and business levels,and combined with the actual needs of offshore oil for dock operations,the integrated application system for logistics,warehousing,operations,ship and material collaboration is designed and applied,and the feasibility of system construction is explained.
