摘  要:电力系统继电保护是现代能源电网中确保系统安全的一项重要任务。针对电网自适应保护和保护优化进行深入研究,提出一种新型聚类概念的自适应保护实现方法。采用混合自然启发算法进行保护设置优化,其中自适应保护用于应对电网系统拓扑变化,优化技术用于计算保护定值,进而配合电网备用保护提供更快的故障清除。设计的测试系统采用改进IEEE14总线系统,对故障清除性能进行了测试验证,该算法相较传统算法性能优异,且自适应过电流保护的聚类方法能够有效减少继电器设置组的数量。Power system relay protection is an important task in the modern energy grid to ensure system security.In this paper,this paper conducts in-depth research on the adaptive protection and protection optimization of power grid,proposes a new adaptive protection implementation method of clustering concept,and uses a hybrid natural heuristic algorithm to optimize the protection settings.Among them,adaptive protection is used to cope with changes in the topology of the grid system,and optimization technology is used to calculate the protection settings,which in turn provides faster fault clearance with the backup protection of the grid.The test system designed in this paper adopts the improved IEEE14 bus system,and the fault clearance performance is tested and verified,and it is concluded that the algorithm has excellent performance compared with the traditional algorithm,and the clustering method of adaptive overcurrent protection can effectively reduce the number of relay setting groups.
