摘  要:现有的模拟量采集实训装置功能单一,为此研发一套模拟量采集实训装置。该实训装置采用触摸屏作为上位机,S7-1200 PLC作为系统控制单元,集成有pH传感器、电磁阀以及过滤装置,可以用于锻炼同学们的硬件元器件选择、硬件电路设计能力。同时还可以开展基于Matlab的最小二乘拟合算法、基于SCL语言中值滤波算法程序编写等项目,提高学生算法设计与程序编写能力。综合分析历届技能大赛的基础上,将比赛的测试点融入到实训日常教学中,可以提高学生的积极主动性,同时有利于培养学生的创新思维。The existing analog quantity acquisition and training device has a single function,and an open analog quantity training device is urgently needed.Based on extensive research,this article develops a set of analog quantity acquisition training device.The training device uses a touch screen as the host computer and S7-1200 PLC as the system control unit.It integrates PH sensors,solenoid valves and filtering devices,which can be used to exercise students'hardware component selection and hardware circuit design capabilities.At the same time,it can also carry out projects based on the least squares fitting algorithm based on Matlab and programming based on the median filtering algorithm of SCL language,so as to improve the ability of algorithm design and programming of students.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of previous skill competitions such as the installation and debugging of automated production lines,integrating the test points of the competition into the daily teaching of practical training can improve students'proactiveness and at the same time help cultivate students'innovative thinking.
