摘　　要：配电网供电指挥调度存在网损高、负荷平衡度低的问题,设计一种基于Kettle抽数的配电网供电指挥智能调度系统。该系统借助MVC模型搭建三层的调度系统框架,基于Kettle抽数技术抽取数据并加载到数据库,设计配电网供电指挥与调度单元,确定故障位置,划分失电区域和非失电区域,并且设计开关调度方案并指挥开关执行闭合和断开操作。供电恢复抢修处理子单元负责下派工单,调度维修人员到失电区域抢修故障,恢复供电。应用系统指挥调度时,配电网网损≤100 kW,负荷平衡度≥1.0,证明系统的指挥调度具备有效性。The power supply command and dispatching system of distribution network has problems of high network loss and low load balance,so a kind of intelligent dispatching system based on Kettle number is designed.The system builds a three-layer dispatching system framework with the MVC model,extracts data based on the Kettle number technology and loads it into the database,designs the power supply command and dispatching unit of the distribution network,determines the fault location,divides the power loss area and non-power loss area,designs the switch scheduling scheme and commands the switch to perform the closing and disconnecting operations.The power supply restoration emergency repair processing sub-unit is responsible for sending work order,dispatching maintenance personnel to the power loss area for emergency repair,and restoring power supply.When the system is used to command and dispatch,the network loss of the distribution network is less than 100 kW,and the load balance degree is≥1.0,which proves that the command and dispatch of the system is effective.
