摘　　要：哈尔滨市江南城区某泵站为主要的污水提升泵站之一,承担着大量的污水输送任务,由于建设年代久远自动化设备老化,站内的自动控制功能几乎丧失,水泵、格栅、闸门等主要设备的启停靠人工手动完成,设计基于西门子S7-1500 PLC对江南城区某泵站的自动化改造及节能建设工作提出具体方案,实现了水泵、闸门、格栅等设备的自动启停,减少了人员工作量,降低了人员运行成本,实现节能降耗、提质增效,为无人值守泵站的实现打下了夯实基础。Certain pumping station in Jiangnan City of Harbin is one of the main sewage lifting pumping stations in Jiang nan District of Harbin City,which undertakes a large number of sewage transportation tasks.Due to the aging of automation equipment,the automatic control function in the station is almost lost,as a result,the start and stop of main equipment such as pumps,grilles and gates are completed manually.In order to improve this situation,this paper puts forward a specific design scheme(Based on Siemens s7-1500plc)for the automation transformation and energy-saving construction of the targeted pumping station,to realize the automatic operation.It not only reduces the labor intensity of personnel,reduces the operating cost of personnel,but also energy saving and consumption reduced.It can improve quality and efficiency,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of unattended pumping station.
