摘　　要：土地既是生产要素也是政府政策调节工具,探究土地要素配置对经济高质量发展的影响并深入探究其影响路径,可从土地要素视角推动经济高质量发展提供实证支持。本文运用工业用地错配衡量土地要素配置,并在测算和分析经济高质量发展时空分布的基础上,运用中介效应模型和面板门槛效应模型,探究工业用地错配对经济高质量发展的影响和作用机制。测算结果表明,经济高质量发展的整体水平呈上升趋势,其重力中心的动态轨迹先向东南移动,后向西南移动。实证分析发现,工业用地错配对经济高质量发展具有显著的非线性抑制作用,且可通过中介变量产业高度化部分实现。滞后一期的经济高质量发展水平、全要素生产率、城镇化水平、消费水平、交通设施和政府干预对经济高质量发展均具有显著的促进作用。就异质性分析而言,在2012年之前、中部和西部地区、人口密集型地区,工业用地错配对经济高质量发展的抑制作用更大。Land is not only a factor of production but also an adjustment tool of government policies.This paper explores the impact of land factor allocation on high-quality economic development and its impact path,and provides empirical support for promoting high-quality economic development from the perspective of land factor.In this paper,the misallocation of industrial land is used to measure land factor allocation,and on the basis of measuring and analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of high-quality economic development,the intermediary effect model and panel threshold effect model are used to explore the influence and mechanism of industrial land misallocation on high-quality economic development.The results show that the overall level of high-quality economic development is on the rise,and the dynamic trajectory of its gravity center moves first to the southeast and then to the southwest.The empirical analysis shows that industrial land misallocation has a significant nonlinear inhibition effect on the high-quality economic development,and can be realized through the intermediary variable industrial upgrading.The high-quality economic development level at a later phase,total factor productivity,urbanization level,consumption level,transportation facilities and government intervention play a significant role in promoting high-quality economic development.In terms of heterogeneity analysis,the inhibitory effect of mismatched industrial land on high-quality economic development is greater before 2012,in the central and western regions and the densely populated areas.
