摘  要:研究高原环境对直升机试飞的影响以及为获得适航规章批准的运行包线,直升机应完成的试飞科目和试飞方法。通过对高原试飞风险点的分析,依据适航规章的要求,以民用双发中型直升机AC352为例,确定需要进行的试飞科目以及试飞方法、数据处理分析方法。分析得出,直升机高原试飞内容包括发动机地面功率检查、悬停性能、极限高度速度包线、A类起飞着陆性能和近地面操纵特性。试飞结果表明,所提出的试飞方法合理可行,试飞结果满足适航规章的要求。To study the impact of plateau environment on helicopter test flight,as well as the test flight subjects and methods that helicopters should complete in order to obtain airworthiness approval to operate envelope.By analyzing the risk points of altitude test flight,taking the twin-engine medium civil helicopter AC352 as an example according to the requirements of airworthiness regulations,the test flight subjects,test flight methods and data processing and analysis methods were analyzed and determined.The helicopter altitude test included engine ground power check,hover performance,speed envelope of limit altitude,Class A take-off and landing performance and near-ground maneuvering characteristics.The flight test results showed that the test flight method proposed in this paper was reasonable and feasible,and the test flight results met the requirements of airworthiness regulations.
