摘  要:在固定床反应器中研究了油页岩颗粒的热解特性,该固定床反应器内部中心安装一个内构件用于定向导出气体。实验研究了两反应器内部物料的升温速率、热解温度对热解产物分布、页岩油组成的影响。结果表明:内构件反应器内部物料的传热速率作用更为明显,其在热解温度为1 000℃时升温速率相比无内构件提高了约1.6倍。内构件反应器抑制热解气体的二次反应作用显著,提高了页岩油的收率,并且在1 000℃时收率最高,达到6.81%。而无内构件反应器页岩油的收率则明显下降,其在1 000℃页岩油收率变为最低2.27%,但能够改善页岩油品质。The pyrolysis characteristics of oil shale particles were studied in a fixed bed reactor with a central internals for directional gas extraction.The effects of the heating rate and pyrolysis temperature on the distribution of pyrolysis products and the composition of shale oil in two reactors were studied experimentally.The results showed that the heat transfer rate of the materials in the reactor with internals was more obvious,and the heating rate of the materials in the reactor with internals was about 1.6 times higher than that without internals when the pyrolysis temperature was 1000℃.The internals reactor significantly inhibited the secondary reaction of pyrolytic gas and improved the yield of shale oil,and the highest yield was 6.81%at 1000℃.However,the shale oil yield of reactor without internals decreased obviously,and the oil yield became the lowest 2.27%at 1000℃,but the shale oil quality was improved.
