摘 要:为了提高沸石对于微污染水中氨氮的去除能力,研究不同改性剂对于沸石的改性效果,并选取最佳的改性剂,对沸石进行优化改性,探讨沸石粒径、改性剂浓度以及改性时间对沸石去除氨氮的影响。结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对于沸石的改性效果最佳,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)改性后的沸石对氨氮的无明显作用。在优化改性实验中,沸石粒径对于沸石吸附氨氮影响最大。粒径为1~2 mm的沸石,采用30 g·L^(-1)的SDBS溶液改性10 h后,可获得最佳的改性沸石。反应后的沸石用1mol·L^(-1)的氢氧化钠和氯化钠溶液进行解吸并再生,经3次解吸和再生后,沸石的再生率为86.3%。也针对不同温度、pH、沸石投加量等分析单因素的变化对氨氮去除效果的影响。In order to improve the removal capacity of zeolite for ammonia nitrogen in slightly polluted water,the modification effects of different modifiers on zeolite were studied,and the best modifier was selected to optimize the modification of zeolite.The effects of zeolite particle size,modifier concentration,and modification time on removal of ammonia nitrogen by modified zeolite were explored.The results showed that sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)had the best modification effect on zeolite,while the zeolite modified with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(HDTMA)had no significant effect on ammonia nitrogen removal.In the optimization modification experiment,the particle size of zeolite had the greatest impact on the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen by zeolite.Zeolites with the particle size of 1~2 mm were modified with 30 g·L^(-1) SDBS solution for 10 h to obtain the best modified zeolite.At room temperature,1g of modified zeolite was added to a solution with an initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 5 mg·L^(-1).The reacted zeolite was desorbed and regenerated with 1 mol·L^(-1) sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride solution.After 3 times of desorption and regeneration,the regeneration rate of the zeolite was 86.3%.The influence of single factor change of different temperature,pH and zeolite dosage on ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was also analyzed.
