摘 要:为进一步探究药型罩形状在不同壳体结构下的适用性问题及水层厚度影响,本文讨论了球缺形、60°锥角形及圆顶锥形3种药型罩结构及炸高中水层厚度因素对聚能射流毁伤性能的影响。通过对聚能射流形状、速度、头部宽度变化及靶板破口尺寸进行数值分析,发现球缺形药型罩对近距离单层壳结构破坏最大,而对于双层壳结构,圆顶锥形药型罩形成的聚能射流连续性和侵彻效果更优,60°锥角形药型罩次之。随着炸高中水层厚度的增加,靶板破口尺寸增大,并在水层厚度为300 mm附近其增量发生正向突跃。研究表明:控制水层厚度可以进一步增强聚能射流水下毁伤效果,本文研究可为聚能战斗部毁伤性能研究提供参考。To further explore the applicability of liner types under different shell structures and the influence of water layer thickness,three kinds of liner structures,namely the spherical segment,60°conical,and hemispherical conical,were analyzed for their effects on the damage performance of shaped charge jets.Numerical simulations were conducted to assess the jet's shape,velocity,and head width variation and the resulting breach size on the target plate.The findings indicated that the spherical segment liner was most effective against single-layer shells at close ranges.For double-layer shells,the hemispherical conical liner demonstrated superior continuity and penetration of the shaped charge jet compared with the 60°conical liner.Additionally,an increase in the water layer thickness at the explosive height correlated with an increase in the target breach size.Notably,a significant positive jump in the breach size increment was identified when the water layer thickness approached 300 mm.This suggests that through the strategic adjustment of the water layer thickness,the underwater destructive effectiveness of shaped charge jets can be significantly enhanced.The study can provide reference for the research of damage performance of shaped warhead.
