摘 要:自卸车在矿区进行运输作业时,因路况复杂,存在重载上坡、下坡的情况,所以对悬架系统的刚度要求比较高。为保证矿区自卸车安全和稳定的行驶,通过对自卸车板簧的材质、承载、受力、路况等方面分析,计算板簧刚度、平均应力,辅助使用强度分析软件CATIA、Hyperworks、Optistruct进行数据建模,得出板簧强度在不同条件下的表现及满载载荷下各板簧推荐值,为其运营和维护提供理论参考。Dump trucks are used for transportation in mining areas.But due to the complex road conditions and heavy load bearing during going uphill and downhill,there is a high requirement on the stiffness on the suspension system.To ensure safe and stable operation of dump trucks in mining areas,this study carried out a comprehensive analysis on the material,load bearing,force and road conditions of dump truck plate springs and calculated the plate spring stiffness and average stress.By constructing the data modeling by CATIA,Hyperworks and Optistruct,it estimated the performance of the spring strength under different conditions and the most recommended values when the springs are full load so as to provide theoretical reference for its operation and maintenance.
