摘  要:为探究家庭支持在大五人格与高职学生心理健康关系中的中介作用和调节定向的调节作用。采用大五人格问卷、家庭支持问卷、定向调节问卷和心理健康自评量表对泉州地区600名高职学生进行调查,有效回收问卷572份,有效回收率95.33%.使用SPSS22.0进行分层回归检验和PROCESS的模型14进行Boot-strap检验。结果:1)大五人格的外向性、宜人性、尽责性、开放性和神经质五个维度对家庭支持具有显著的预测作用,家庭支持能正向预测心理健康,即大五人格通过家庭支持的中间作用间接影响心理健康;2)调节定向促进和调节定向预防与家庭支持的交互项均能负向预测心理健康,即调节定向在家庭支持与心理健康关系中调节效应显著。研究综合考察大五人格与高职学生心理健康之间的作用机制与边界条件,探讨家庭支持在这一过程中的中介作用,以及调节定向对这一中介路径的调节作用。To explore the mediating role of family support in the relationship between the big five personality traits and mental health of vocational college students,as well as the moderating role of regulatory focus,this paper conducted a survey on 600 vocational college students in Quanzhou with the big five inventory,family support questionnaire,regulatory focus questionnaire,and a five-item version of the mental health inventory.In all questionnaires,572 questionnaires were effectively collected with an effective recovery rate of 95.33%.In addition,it adopted SPSS22.0 to carry out the hierarchical regression test and PROCESS model 14 to do the bootstrap test.The results showed as follow:1)The five dimensions,namely,extraversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness,openness and neuroticism,had significant predictive effects on family support,family support had positively predictive effects on mental health,which means the big five personality could indirectly affect mental health through the mediating role of family support;2)The interaction between the promotion and prevention of regulatory focus and family support could negatively predict mental health.That is,the moderating effect of regulatory focus on the relationship between family support and mental health was significant.Furthermore,this study built a moderated mediation model to investigate the interaction mechanism and boundary conditions between big five personality traits and vocational college students’mental health and examined the mediating role of family support and the moderating role of regulatory focus in this mediation path.
