摘  要:本研究以金猕为试验材料,探究氯吡脲(CPPU)和赤霉素(GA_(3))对果实中次生代谢物的影响。基于超高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术(UPLC-MS/MS)对代谢组进行分析,共检测到代谢物411种,包括氨基酸及其衍生物、糖及醇类、核苷酸及其衍生物等。5 mg/L CPPU处理、10 mg/L CPPU处理果实中水平下调代谢物数量高于水平上调代谢物数量,而50 mg/L GA_(3)处理、10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3)处理果实中水平上调代谢物数量高于水平下调代谢物数量。与对照相比,5 mg/L CPPU处理、10 mg/L CPPU处理、50 mg/L GA_(3)处理、10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3)处理果实单果重、横径、侧径显著提高(P<0.05)。50 mg/L GA_(3)处理、10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3)处理果实单果重显著低于5 mg/L CPPU处理、10 mg/L CPPU处理(P<0.05)。综上所述,10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3)处理金猕产量和品质相对更佳,本研究结果可为金猕栽培及品质评价提供参考。Using Jinmi kiwifruit as the test material,the effects of forchlorfenuron(CPPU)and gibberellin(GA_(3))on secondary metabolites in fruits were studied.A total of 411 metabolites,including amino acids and their derivatives,sugars and alcohols,nucleotides and their derivatives,were detected by ultraperformance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The number of down-regulated metabolites was higher than that of up-regulated metabolites in fruits treated with 5 mg/L CPPU or 10 mg/L CPPU.The number of up-regulated metabolites was higher than that of down-regulated metabolites in fruits treated with 50 mg/L GA_(3) or 10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3).Compared with the control,the single fruit weight,transverse diameter and lateral diameter of 5 mg/L CPPU treatment,10 mg/L CPPU treatment,50 mg/L GA_(3) treatment and 10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3) treatment increased significantly(P<0.05).The single fruit weight of 50 mg/L GA_(3) treatment,10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3) treatment was significantly lower than that of 5 mg/L CPPU treatment and 10 mg/L CPPU treatment(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the treatment of 10 mg/L CPPU+50 mg/L GA_(3) resulted in better yield and quality of Jinmi kiwifruit.This study result can provide reference for Jinmi kiwifruit cultivation and quality evaluation.
