摘  要:随着我国液压工程设备的不断发展,液压破碎锤行业越来越得到重视,以某企业生产并已使用的高频液压破碎锤为研究对象,主要研究破碎锤冲击运动的流场仿真动态性能。通过流体仿真软件PumpLinx,对压缩或者不可压缩流体的流动、传热、湍流、空化现象进行物理性能分析。液压破碎锤的主体结构和换向阀是典型的滑阀结构,基于PumpLinx仿真软件对液压破碎锤进行仿真模拟,研究液压破碎锤在冲程阶段的动作特性、回油口压力、速度曲线及前、后腔活塞有效作用面积轴向力的变化,为解决冲程阶段瞬时供油量大的问题带来一定的参考价值。With the continuous development of hydraulic engineering equipment in China,the hydraulic crushing hammer industry is receiving increasing attention.This article focuses on the motion and vibration characteristics of high-frequency hydraulic crushing hammers produced and used by a domestic enterprise as the research object.Using the powerful CFD solver of the fluid simulation software PumpLinx,analyze physical phenomena such as compressible and incompressible fluid flow,heat transfer,masstransfer,turbulence,and cavitation.The main structure and directional valve of the hydraulic crushing hammer are typical spool valve structures.This article simulates the hydraulic crushing hammer based on PumpLinx simulation software,in order to study the action characteristics of the hydraulic crushing hammer during the stroke stage,the pressure velocity curve of the return oil port,and the changes in the axial force of the effective action area of the front and rear chamber pistons.This has certain reference value for solving the problem of large instantaneous oil supply during the stroke stage.
