摘　　要：FluidSIM-H是一款集液压传动系统设计、教学、仿真为一体的软件。应用FluidSIM-H软件CAD与仿真紧密联系的功能特点,完成了组合机床动力滑台液压回路和电气控制回路的设计,并按组合机床动力滑台液压系统的电磁铁和行程阀动作顺序表,通过参数设置进行了基于元件物理模型回路图的实际仿真,实现了组合机床动力滑台的快进、一工进、二工进、停留、快退、原位停止的功能。实际应用表明,该软件设计出的液压系统符合生产需求,具有高度的可行性和有效性。FluidSIM-H is a software package that combines hydraulic drive system design,teaching and simulation.The hydraulic circuit and electric control circuit of the power slide table of the combined machine tool are designed by using the features of the software CAD and simulation,according to the action sequence table of electromagnet and stroke valve of the hydraulic system of the power slide table of the combined machine tool,the actual simulation based on the circuit diagram of the physical model of the component is carried out through the parameter setting,it realizes the functions of fast advance,one working advance,two working advance,stay,fast retreat and in-situ stop of the power slide table of the combined machine tool.The practical application shows that the hydraulic system designed by the software meets the production demand and has obvious advantages of high feasibility and effectiveness.
