摘 要:针对武器装备液压管路进入大批量生产模式后质量稳定性难以保证的问题,从质量分析和成形精度优化控制两方面展开研究:一是基于质量分析方法对液压管路制造关键工艺及参数进行识别,对进入大批量生产后的关键工艺质量稳定性进行验证,根据验证结果确定优化方向和策略,实现液压管路的质量控制与改进;二是提出液压管路成形精度优化工艺方法,通过单一变量试验和数据处理、分析,建立一个满足生产和研究需要的补偿数据库,从而提升液压管路大规模生产的产品质量稳定性和生产效率。Aiming at the problem that the quality stability of the hydraulic pipeline is difficult to guarantee after the weapon enters the mass production mode,the quality analysis and forming precision optimization control are studied.The first is to identify the key processes and parameters of hydraulic pipeline manufacturing based on quality analysis method,verify the quality stability of the key processes after entering mass production,determine the optimization direction and strategy according to the verification results,and realize the quality control and improvement of hydraulic pipeline.The second is to put forward the hydraulic pipeline forming accuracy optimization process method,through single variable test and data processing and analysis,to establish a compensation database to meet the needs of production and research,so as to improve the quality stability and production efficiency of mass production of hydraulic pipeline.
