摘 要:液压阀是液压系统中最为重要的控制元件,液压阀的可靠性对液压系统整体的可靠性有着非常重要的影响。大型的多路阀是常见的一种液压阀,阀芯在运动过程中非常容易出现因阀体的形变造成的阀芯卡滞。通过采用有限元的分析方法,分析了阀体在不同拧紧力矩的情况下阀体整体的形变和阀体孔的形变,优化了阀芯与阀体的最佳配合间隙。Hydraulic valve is the most important control component in the hydraulic system,and the reliability of the hydraulic valve has a very important impact on the overall reliability of the hydraulic system.Large multi-way valve is a common hydraulic valve,the spool is very easy to occur during the movement due to the deformation of the valve body caused by the spool jamming.This paper mainly adopts the finite element analysis method to analyze the deformation of the valve body as a whole and the deformation of the valve body bore under different tightening torques,and optimizes the optimal matching gap between the valve core and the valve body.
