摘  要:在高炉泥炮液压控制系统中,旋转液压缸和打泥液压缸工作时需要在短时间内大量供油,因此必须使用大流量和大功率液压泵与之相配套,此外还需要配置大功率电动机、增加油箱的容积、增大液压站空间,造成生产成本增加。为了解决这一难题,研制了一种蓄能器站,用来储存液压油的能量,并在需要时快速释放,使执行元件能够实现快速、平稳的运行。同时,还能利用活塞式蓄能器本身作为气体增压缸,给储气罐充氮气。缓解了液压系统冲击,实现了两种不相容的液体与气体之间的能量传递,提高了高炉泥炮液压系统工作效率。In the hydraulic control system of blast furnace mud gun,a large amount of oil supply is required in a short period of time when the rotating oil cylinder and mud pump work,which requires the use of large flow and high-power hydraulic pumps to match them.In addition,high-power electric motors are required,the volume of the oil tank is increased,and the space of the hydraulic station is increased,resulting in increased production costs.In order to solve this problem,an accumulator station has been developed to store the energy of hydraulic oil and quickly release it when needed,enabling the actuator to achieve fast and smooth movement.At the same time,the piston accumulator itself can be used as a gas booster cylinder to charge nitrogen gas to the storage tank.Relieving hydraulic system impact,achieving energy transfer between two incompatible liquids and gases,and improving the efficiency of the blast furnace mud gun hydraulic system.
