双官能团活性染料对羽绒纤维染色性能的影响

摘　　要：采用双官能团棉用活性染料和毛用活性染料对羽绒纤维进行染色,探讨了染色pH、染色时间、染色温度对羽绒纤维上染率和固色率的影响。结果表明:双乙烯砜型棉用活性染料活性蓝203在最佳染色工艺条件下(pH=4,40℃入染,升温到80℃,保温染色30min,然后加碱固色)的染色效果接近于常用的毛用活性染料。活性蓝203染色羽绒纤维的耐皂洗沾色牢度达4级,并且活性蓝203对羽绒纤维具有较好的染色提升力。Bifunctional reactive dyes(reactive dyes for wool and reactive dyes for cotton)are used to dye down feather,and the influence of dyeing pH,time,and temperature on the dyeing and fixation rates of down feath-er are investigated.The results show that the dyeing effect of bis-vinyl sulpone groups cotton reactive dyes(Reactive Blue 203)is close to that of wool reactive dyes under the optimal dyeing process conditions(pH=4,dyeing at 40℃,heating up to 80℃and holding for 30 min and then adding alkali for fixation).The color fastness to soaping reaches Grade 4,and it has a good build-up property for down feather.
