摘  要:选用三只还原染料蓝RSN、黄G、红FBB在常压条件下,采用隐色体浸染法对锦纶6织物进行染色。探究了还原程序、温度、保险粉用量以及电解质等因素对染色的影响,并通过正交试验优化了染色工艺。研究表明:预还原会增加保险粉损耗,而不预还原法有利于降低保险粉用量;各染料所需的染色温度和保险粉用量不同;蓝RSN适合在低温下染色,而红FBB及黄G则适合在高温下染色;黄G保险粉用量最高,其次是红FBB和蓝RSN;电解质具有一定的促染作用,适量添加可提高上染速率和上染率;三只染料提升性表现有较大的差异,黄G和红FBB表现相对较好。除耐日晒色牢度表现中等外,三只染料在锦纶6织物上的各项色牢度优良,多数达到4~5级以上。Three vat dyes,namely,Blue RSN,Yellow G and Red FBB,are selected to dye nylon 6 fabrics through the immersion dyeing method of leuco under atmospheric pressure.The effects of reduction proce-dure,temperature,amounts of sodium dithionite and electrolyte on dyeing behaviors are investigated,and or-thogonal tests are carried out to optimize the dyeing conditions.The results show that the prereduction would increase the loss of sodium hydrosulfite,while the non-prereduction method is beneficial to reduce the amount of sodium hydrosulfite.The dyeing temperature and the amount of sodium hydrosulfite vary with dye type.Blue RSN is suitable for low temperature dyeing,while Red FBB and Yellow G are suitable for high tempera-ture dyeing.Yellow G requires the highest dosage of sodium dithionite,followed by Red FBB and Rlue RSN.Electrolyte has a certain degree of dyeing-promoting effect,and the addition of the appropriate amount of electrolyte would cause an increase in dyeing rate and dye-uptake.There is great difference in the build-up performance among three dyes,and Yellow G and Red FBB performe relatively better.Except for the moder-ate color fastness to sunlight,the color fastnesses of the three dyes on nylon 6 fabrics are excellent above Grade 4-5.
