染色棉织物中薯莨染料的剥色鉴别

摘  要:以自制薯莨染料染色棉织物为研究对象,确定了其最佳剥色工艺为:在温度30℃,浴比1∶50条件下用40%的乙酸溶液处理60min。使用薄层色谱法(TLC)、紫外-可见分光光度法(UV-vis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对染料及织物剥色液进行对比分析。结果表明:薯莨染料染色棉织物剥色液成分与薯莨染料的主要成分一致,为儿茶素和表儿茶素;而合成染料染色棉织物剥色液中则不含儿茶素和表儿茶素等成分,且与薯莨染料有较大区别。The optimum stripping process of cotton fabric dyed with Dioscorea dye is determined as follows:treatment with 40%acetic acid solution at 30℃and bath ratio of 1∶50 for 60 min.Thin layer chromatography(TLC),ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry(UV-vis),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)are used to compare and analyze the dye and fabric stripping solu-tion.The results show that the main components in the stripping solution of Dioscorea dyed fabrics are the same as those in Dioscorea dyes,which are catechin and epicatechin,while those in the stripping solution of dyed fabrics with synthetic dyes do not contain catechin and epicatechin,and are different from Dioscorea dye.
