摘 要:提出城区配电系统自适应鲁棒应急检修计划编排方法,旨在提高检修计划的灵活性和适应性,应对各种不确定性和突发事件。首先,基于“防御-攻击-防御”思想建立配电网元件检修模型。灾前防御决策人员根据有限的检修预算,考虑攻击场景,选择配电系统中的线路与电源进行检修;灾中攻击者考虑防御者能采用的优化运行策略,根据有限的攻击预算选择线路与电源进行攻击;灾后运行人员利用优化运行策略,应对攻击者所采取的攻击方案,最小化攻击造成的影响。所构建的三层两阶段自适应鲁棒优化模型基于列约束生成算法进行求解,在同时考虑配电网的灾前强化策略和灾后运行策略的前提下解决了配电网元件强化的问题。最后基于IEEE RTS-96高压配电网测试系统验证了所提模型和算法的有效性,为城区配电系统的安全稳定运行提供了支持。A method for scheduling adaptive and robust emergency maintenance plans for urban power distribution systems is proposed to enhance flexibility and adaptability in coping with various uncertainties and emergencies.Initially,a maintenance model for distribution network components is established based on the concept of defense-attack-defense.With a pre-disaster limited maintenance budget in mind,the decision maker for defense considers potential attack scenarios and selects specific lines and generators within the distribution system for maintenance.Conversely,the attacker evaluates optimal operation strategies that the defender may adopt,and accordingly selects lines and generators to target within the constraints of a limited attack budget.Leveraging both defense and attack strategies,operators can optimize post-disaster operation strategies to minimize the impact of an attack.This process involves constructing a three-layer two-stage adaptive robust optimization model.To address distribution network component strengthening while considering both pre-disaster reinforcement strategies and post-disaster operation strategies,a column and constraint generation algorithm is employed to solve the problem.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is validated using the IEEE RTS-96 test system,providing robust support for the safe and stable operation of urban power distribution systems.
