摘 要:以平台模式主导下的类出租车服务市场为对象,从市场效率与服务公平双视角,本文梳理人工智能算法治理与平台经济治理进展,剖析类出租车服务平台算法治理存在的不足,阐述基于监管公共数据的类出租车服务平台算法治理的必要性和可行性。文章提出“以市场交易结果偏差确定平台算法影响程度边界”的逆向治理思路,利用仿真手段推断平台交易策略的推断,以交易结果的偏差检验判定算法对市场影响的程度,构建科学的治理指标体系和治理边界,为平台模式下类出租车服务平台算法治理提供新的技术思路。In order to avoid enterprises from providing discriminatory services under the guise of"algorithm neutrality",and to effectively balance the service efficiency and fairness of the online ride-hailing platform market,this paper reviewed the progress of AI algorithm governance and platform economic governance,analyzed the shortcomings of the online ride-hailing platform algorithm governance,and expounded the necessity of the online ride-hailing platform algorithm governance based on regulatory public data.This paper puts forward the reverse governance idea of"determining the impact degree boundary of platform algorithm by the deviation of market trading results".The simulation method is used to realize the supplydemand matching process,the influence of the algorithm on the market is obtained by numerical test.which guides the determination of the service level fluctuation range of online ride-hailing platform,builds a scientific governance index system and provides a new technical idea for the algorithm governance of online ride-hailing platform.
