摘　　要：基于城市规划的复杂性和多样性,引入项目管理方法已成必然趋势。目前城市规划管理中存在着缺乏协同设计、资源浪费和进度延误等问题。因此,本文旨在研究项目管理在城市规划管理中的应用,以解决城市规划实施过程中采用传统管理模式所引发的问题。通过协同设计城市规划目标与愿景,确保项目与规划的一致性。采用适当的项目管理工具和技术,提高规划方案的开发和评估效率。且通过制定详细地项目计划和进度可以有效提升项目执行效率。本研究对于改善城市规划管理效能具有重要意义,也可以为项目管理模式的应用实践提供理论参考。Based on the COMplexity and diversity of urban planning,the introduction of project manage ment methods has beCOMe an inevitable trend.At present,there are proble ms in urban planning and manage ment,such as lack of collaborative design,resource waste,and schedule delays.Therefore,this article ai ms to study the application of project manage ment in urban planning manage ment,in order to solve the proble ms caused by the use of traditional manage ment models in the i mple mentation process of urban planning.By collaboratively designing urban planning goals and visions,ensure consistency between projects and planning.Using appropriate project manage ment tools and techniques to i mprove the efficiency of planning and evaluation.And by developing detailed project plans and schedules,project execution efficiency can be effectively i mproved.This study is of great significance for i mproving the efficiency of urban planning and manage ment,and can also provide theoretical reference for the practical application of project manage ment models.
