摘 要:在大功率电磁搅拌变流器中,逆变IGBT正常工作运行时表现鲁棒性对整个连铸电磁搅拌成套装置的安全运行有着重要意义。为了保证高效的产能,当前连铸工艺对电磁搅拌变流器应用要求具有高平均无故障时间需求。首先分析了因电磁搅拌变流器的负载特殊性而具有窄脉冲驱动高风险的可能;接着对窄脉冲开通IGBT时而损坏IGBT的机理进行了分析,并结合当前电磁搅拌变流器的数字控制器提出实际的解决方案;最后利用500 A的电磁搅拌变流器和双脉冲测试方法对2μs脉宽和3μs脉宽进行试验验证,结果表明限制电磁搅拌变流器的窄脉冲开通IGBT的确能降低IGBT运行过程中的故障率,对提高电磁搅拌成套装置的平均无故障时间具有实际应用价值。In high power electromagnetic stirring converter,the robustness of inverter IGBT in normal operation is of great significance to safe operation of continuous casting electromagnetic stirring apparatus.In order to ensure efficient production capacity,the current continuous casting process requires a high average MTBF for the application of electromagnetic stirring converters,this paper first analyzes the possibility of high risk with narrow pulse drive due to the load particularity of electromagnetic stirring converter.Then the mechanism of IGBT damage caused by narrow pulse activation is analyzed,and practical solutions is proposed based on the current digital controller of electromagnetic stirring converters.Finally,the 500 A electromagnetic stirring converter and dual-pulse testing method are used to verify the 2μs and 3μs pulse width,showing that limiting the narrow pulse turn-on IGBT of the electromagnetic stirring converter can indeed reduce the failure rate during IGBT operation.This study has practical applicative value for improving the average MTBF of electromagnetic stirring device.
