摘 要:以SFZ11-180000/220三相五柱电力变压器铁心为研究对象,利用仿真软件对变压器铁心进行建模,研究预紧力和铁心结构件对铁心固有频率的影响,提出了优化变压器铁心结构的方法并加以计算验证。铁心的固有频率随着铁心松动程度的增加而减小。铁心在考虑结构件影响时,固有频率下降20.9%,在进行模态分析时,必须要考虑结构件带来的影响。可以选择多种方法同时进行以使铁心的固有频率远离容易发生共振的频带,优化铁心结构。In this paper,SFZ 11-180000/220 three-phase five-column power transformer core is taken as the research object to model the transformer core and to study the influence of pretension and the inherent frequency of the core structural parts,and the method of optimizing the transformer core structure and calculation is proposed.The natural frequency of the core decreases with the degree of core loosening.When considering the influence of the structural parts,the inherent frequency decreases by 20.9%,and the influence of the structural parts must be considered in the mode analysis.A variety of methods can be selected to keep the natural frequency of the core away from the frequency band prone to resonance and optimize the core structure.
