摘 要:开闭所合环换电能减少停电换电次数,大幅提升供电可靠性和用户用电感知。针对当前开闭所合环场景需求多、固定式合环换电装置经济性不佳、传统人工现场测量效率较低及DTU进线电压采集未覆盖的情况,研制了基于配电自动化的开闭所便携式合环母线电压快速监测装置。该装置采用二次电压吸附式采集,主从装置无线连接同步采集并分析、比较电压参数,幅值、相角分析结果通过配电自动化物联网管理平台经无线传输路径上传至主站,供配调人员分析决策使用。实际应用表明,该装置能有效提升合环换电监测效率,减少班组该项工作的人力耗费,为开闭所可靠、正确合环提供方便、有效的指导。The closed-loop swapping of switching stations can reduce power outages and greatly improve power supply reliability and user perception of electricity consumption.Aiming at addressing current problems such as high demand for closed-loop scenarios in switching stations,poor economic efficiency of fixed closed-loop swapping gears,low efficiency of conventional manually operated on-site measurement,and missing of DTU incoming voltage collection,a portable device for rapidly monitoring closed-loop bus voltage facilitating distribution automation was developed.The device adopted a secondary voltage adsorption collection method,and the superordinate-subordinate device wirelessly connects to synchronously collect and analyze voltage parameters for comparison.The amplitude and phase angle analysis results were uploaded to the main station through the wireless transmission path of distribution automation for analysis and decision-making by distribution personnel.In practical applications,the designed device showed capability of effectively improving the monitoring efficiency of closed loop swap and reducing labor cost,which is conducive to reliable and correct loop switching of switching stations.
