摘  要:高压开关柜因温升问题导致爆燃事故时有发生,散热装置是保证开关柜安全稳定运行的重要措施,但更换散热装置需要大面积停电。基于此,研制了一款可拆卸的高压开关柜散热装置更换模组,整体采用模块化设计,使用可拆卸式结构,并设计了锁扣进行固定,以确保可靠运行。最后,通过搭建模拟平台进行验证,结果表明散热装置可实现不停电更换,更换时间不超过5 min,避免了大面积停电,最重要的是保证了检修人员的人身安全。High-voltage switchgear deflagration accidents frequent occur owing to temperature rise problems,and the radiators are of great importance to safe and stable operation of switchgears.However at present the replacement of high-voltage switchgear radiator leads to a major power outage.In view of this,a detachable radiator module for high-voltage switchgear was developed in this work.The structure was designed as an integrated module with detachability and fixation by latches,thereby ensuring its reliable operation.The proposed radiator was verified by simulation to enable outage-free and rapid(within 5 min)replacement,thereby ensuring power supply quality,and most importantly,safety of maintenance personnel.
