摘　　要：断路器开断试验受机构的分、合闸速度影响很大。为此,利用断路器触头运动速度公式,计算得出原始结构分、合闸速度。为减少传动环节、能量损耗,重新设计传动系统,并进行减重及机械强度计算。最终理论与试验相结合,验证了优化的可行性和合理性,为后续该类型方案优化提供了技术指导。The circuit breaker breaking test is greatly affected by the opening and closing speed of the mechanism.In view of this,the present paper uses the formula for the movement speed of circuit breaker contacts to calculate opening and closing speeds of the original structure.To reduce transmission links and energy loss,the transmission system is redesigned and weight reduction and mechanical strength calculations are performed.The combination of theory and experiment ultimately verified the feasibility and rationality of optimization,providing technical guidance for subsequent optimization of this type of scheme.
