摘  要:目前直接空冷系统运行中存在的一些问题亟需解决,如横向大风对空冷系统的影响;热风回流现象对空冷系统的影响;空冷管束的脏污情况对空冷系统性能的影响;冬季空冷系统管束的防冻及经济运行等问题。当前各发电厂对节能工作非常重视,其中空冷系统存在很大的节能空间,因此需要开发一套可进行大面积管束测温的系统来实时监测管束温度情况,根据管束温度分析空冷系统的运行状态,对于运行过程中出现的异常情况可以及时预警并提前动作,为空冷系统安全经济及节能运行提供保障和手段。基于空冷系统实际运行需求及目前已有的在线测温设备情况,采用DS18B20测温传感器的方案,开发一种成本低、可大面积布置、易于安装和更换的智能在线测温系统。该系统不仅具备数据分析、报警、趋势显示等功能,还能与主机DCS系统联动达到整体控制功能和效果。介绍了系统整体方案,简单论述设备间的通信机制及软件组态编程。There has been found some problems in the operation of direct air cooling systems with great urgency to be addressed,such as the impact of lateral strong winds,the impact of hot air reflux,the impact of filth in cooling tube bundles,and the complications to anti-freezing and economic operation in winter.Currently energy conservation is acquiring great significance in operation of nearly all power plants,and the air cooling systems have undoubtedly obvious potential in energy saving.Therefore the development of a large-scale tube bundle temperature measurement system deserves engineering endeavors,as it can facilitate real-time monitoring of tube bundle temperature,analysis of operating status of the system,and furthermore,prompt prognosis and pre-actions against abnormalities encountered during operation.The present work developed an intelligent online temperature measurement system with low cost and enabling large-scale allocation,facile installation and replacement,by applying the scheme of DS18B20 sensors and considering the actual operational requirements of air cooling systems and the situation of measurement equipment currently in service.It implemented in the system functions such as data analysis,alarm,trend display,etc.,and also coordinated operation with the host DCS system to achieve overall control.The main outputs of the work are reported in this paper,including the major scheme,the inter-equipment communication mechanism,and the software configuration programming.
