摘 要:建设抽水蓄能电站是满足日益增长的用电需求和实现国家“双碳”目标的重要举措,但其接入给电网稳定运行也提出了新挑战。以第三道防线为着眼点,探究了重庆某PSPS并网的安全自动装置配置与实施方案。首先,通过仿真分析厘清了电网极端故障下该PSPS接入可能引起的稳定问题,包括失步振荡与电压频率失稳;然后,结合配置准则提出了针对该PSPS并网的ASD配置方案。考虑到频率电压紧急控制装置无法准确识别PSPS运行工况,进一步提出了两种实施方案并就适用性作了比较分析。经验证,该方案可有效缓解PSPS接入给重庆电网稳定运行带来的影响。The construction of Pumped Storage Power Stations(PSPSs)is an important measure of satisfying the ever-increasing electricity load demands and realizing the carbon-emissions reduction,but the access of PSPSs also pose new challenges on the stable operation of the power grid.This paper focuses on the 3rd defensive line,and investigates the configuration and implementation of automatic safety devices(ASDs)for a PSPS connected to the Chongqing power grid.First under the extreme faults of the power grid,the out-of-step oscillation and frequency-voltage un-stability problems caused from the access of this PSPS are clarified by simulation analysis.Based on this together with the guidelines for the configuration of ASDs,the configuration scheme of ASDs is proposed.Considering the failure of frequency-voltage emergency control devices to accurately recognize operating conditions of ASDSs,two implementation schemes are developed for the proposed ASDs configuration scheme,and compared analytically with their practicability.The proposed schemes have been verified capable of relieving effectively the impact of grid-connecting a ASD on the stable operation of the Chongqing power grid.
