摘  要:某核电机组主泵在33.3%转速平台运行后主泵变频器故障跳闸,介绍主泵变频器的基本组成及功能,对主泵变频器非预期停运事件进行故障排查和原因分析,通过修改仪控系统逻辑组态和优化变频器四象限开启条件,经现场试验验证,有效解决了主泵在33.3%转速运行跳闸的问题。The main pump of a nuclear power unit tripped due to failure of the VFD after running on the 33.3%rotating speed platform.By summarizing the basic composition and function of VFD,this paper conducted troubleshooting and causal analysis on the unexpected outage event of VFD.By modifying the logic configuration of the instrument control system and optimizing the opening conditions of the four quadrens of VFD,the problem of main pump trip at 33.3%speed was verified by on-site test to be effectively solved.
