摘 要:近10年来,中国快速实现了成品油质量升级,中国车用汽油标准已处于世界先进水平。国VIB标准已于2023年全面实行,标准中要求车用汽油中的苯含量体积分数不大于0.8%。考虑国内炼厂的特点,催化裂化装置数量多,处理量大,汽油池中有60%的组分是催化裂化汽油。结合当前“减油增化去柴”的趋势以及催化裂化技术的发展,催化裂化技术反应苛刻度逐步提高,导致催化裂化汽油中的苯含量逐步提高,最高的达到体积分数4%。为满足车用汽油国VIB标准,本文研究了通过设置轻重汽油分离塔,自塔侧线抽出富苯汽油,低成本降低催化裂化汽油中苯含量工艺方法。Over the past decade,China has rapidly accomplished the quality upgrade of refined oil products,and the standards for vehicle gasoline in China have been at the forefront of the world.The China VIB Standard was fully implemented in 2023,stipulating that the volume fraction of benzene content in vehicle gasoline shall not exceed 0.8%.Considering the characteristics of domestic refineries,where there are a considerable number of FCC units with large processing capacities,and 60%of the components in the gasoline pool are FCC gasoline.In line with the current trend of"reducing oil,increasing chemicals,and eliminating diesel"and the advancement of FCC technology,the severity of reactions in catalytic cracking technology is progressively escalating,corresponding to a gradual increase in the benzene content of gasoline,with the highest reaching a volume fraction of 4%.To meet the National VI Standard for vehicle gasoline and lower the benzene content in the gasoline pool at a low cost,this paper investigates the technological approach of extracting the benzene-rich components of catalytic gasoline by setting up a benzene extraction tower.
