摘 要:本文为了研制具有高硬度和优良耐磨性能的手工焊条,设计了焊条药皮的配方,通过添加来源广泛、价廉经济的高碳铬铁和碳化硼以及少量的钒铁、钼铁、铌铁等合金粉末。采用多层堆焊技术对自主研制的Fe-Cr-B-C为主成分的焊条进行观察并讨论Fe-Cr-B-C等合金元素在焊缝中的组织形态和分布状态。用光学显微镜(OM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了堆焊层微观结构和相位。结果表明,此次研制的焊条在焊接过程中焊接性能较好,焊后无内部裂纹,脱渣性能较好,堆焊合金的组织主要为针状马氏体+Fe和(Fe,Cr)_(3)(B,C)的共晶组织,堆焊层平均洛氏硬度可达61.8HRC,具有良好的耐磨性能。In order to develop the manual electrode with high hardness and excellent wear resistance,the formula of electrode medicine skin is designed by adding wide sources,cheap and economical high carbon iron chromium and boron carbide and a small amount of iron vanadium,iron molybdenum,iron niobium and other alloy powder.Multi-layer surwelding technology is used to observe the Fe-Cr-B-C and discuss the tissue pattern and distribution of Fe-Cr-B-C in the weld.The microstructure and phase of the stacking layer were studied by an optical microscope(OM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the welding rod developed this time has good welding performance,no internal cracks after welding,and the slag removal performance is good.The organization of the weld alloy is mainly needle martensite+Fe and(Fe,Cr)_(3)(B,C),and the average Rockwell hardness of the weld layer can reach 61.8 HRC,which has good wear resistance.
