摘 要:脓毒症是一种机体对严重感染反应失调而导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍,是目前急危重症患者死亡的主要原因之一。机体在受到感染后造成人体免疫失调,导致细胞因子过度产生和释放,进而导致多器官功能障碍。临床研究表明,血液吸附材料可以吸附清除细胞因子,因此研究和开发新型高性能吸附材料,有助于推动血液吸附技术在脓毒症治疗领域的应用和发展。本文综述了近年来细胞因子吸附材料和全球已上市商品化产品的研究进展,并对未来细胞因子吸附剂材料的发展方向进行了展望。Sepsis is a condition that can cause life-threatening organ dysfunction.It is caused by the body's immune system responding abnormally to severe infections.It is now considered one of the leading causes of death in acutely ill patients.This abnormal response leads to the overproduction and release of cytokines,which can result in multi-organ dysfunction.Clinical studies have shown that hemoperfusion adsorbent materials can adsorb and remove cytokines.Therefore,the research and development of new high-performance adsorbent materials can help promote the application and development of blood adsorbent technology in the field of sepsis treatment.This paper reviews recent research progress on cytokine adsorbent materials and global marketed commercialised products.It also discusses the future development direction of cytokine adsorbent materials.
