摘 要:本文研究了灌装工艺对口红配方的剪切力的影响,在配方不变的情况下,灌装温度、冷却温度、脱模温度、模具温度、模具尺寸这些因素对口红剪切力有一定的影响。选不同工艺参数下制得的剪切力为98g和134g的口红进行三点检测、DSC热分析和稳定性检测,对比剪切力为98 g和134 g的口红,两者肤感上的有明显差异,稳定性测试中剪切力的变化也不同,但它们的内部热转变相关温度相同。这些研究数据可以作为开发其他口红的参考,同时也为工厂灌装提供数据。A study was conducted to explore the influence of filling parameters on the shearing force of lipstick.The filling parameters include filling temperature,cooling temperature,demoulding temperature,mold temperature and mold cavity size.Lipsticks filled by different filling parameters with a shear force of 98 g and 134 g were selected for three-point test,DSC thermal analysis and stability test.Compared with lipsticks with a shear force of 98 g and 134 g,there were obvious difference in texture,and the evolution of shearing force in stability test were also different,but their internal thermal transition temperatures were the same.This study data can be reference as other lipstick development and industrial filling during the mass production.
