摘 要:西藏自治区拉萨市某矿区生产过程产生一股含砷锰矿山废水,采用传统工艺处理吨水药剂成本较高,本研究针对该股废水探究了不同处理工艺条件下对锰砷的去除效果,拟寻求较低的废水处理成本。研究表明在不同条件下生物制剂对砷都有良好的去除效果;废水经氧化处理后,生物制剂对锰的去除效果得到了显著提升,吨水药剂成本0.3~0.5元。在此基础上在现场开展了中试试验,中试试验结果显示,出水砷锰满足达标的情况下,药剂量可进一步减少,处理成本可在小试基础上进一步降低。In a mining area in Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous Region,arsenic-containing manganese mine water is generated during the production process.Traditional treatment methods have high costs for treating one ton of water.This study explored the removal effect of manganese and arsenic under different treatment process conditions for this wastewater,aiming to achieve lower wastewater treatment costs.The research shows that biological agents have good removal effects on arsenic under different conditions.After the wastewater is oxidized,the removal effect of biological agents on manganese has been significantly improved,with a cost of 0.3 to 0.5 yuan per ton of water treatment chemicals.Based on this,a pilot test was carried out on site.The results of the pilot test showed that when the arsenic and manganese content in the effluent met the standard,the dosage of the drug could be further reduced,and the treatment cost could be further reduced compared with the laboratory test.
