摘  要:本文建立了一种采用高效液相色谱质谱(HPLC-MS)简便、快速测定塑料、橡胶和纺织品中对苯二胺的分析方法。样品经甲醇超声萃取后,用高效液相色谱质谱仪进行测定,采用外标法定量。在优化后的条件下,方法可在4分钟内实现对苯二胺的分离检测,检出限为0.33 mg/kg。对苯二胺含量在1.0 mg/kg~20.0 mg/kg范围内方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数不小于0.995。对塑料、橡胶和纺织品样品分别进行1.0、5.0和20.0 mg/kg三个浓度水平加标实验,相对标准偏差为2.0%~6.7%,加标回收率为81.6%~92.2%。该方法操作简便、回收率高,重现性好,可用于大批量消费品中对苯二胺的检测。We report a simple and rapid analytical method for the determination of p-phenylenediamine in plastics,rubber,and textiles using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS).After ultrasonic extraction with methanol,the sample was analyzed by HPLC-MS and quantified using an external standard calibration curve method.Under optimized conditions,the method can achieve separation and detection of p-phenylenediamine within 4 minutes,and the limit of detection is 0.33 mg/kg.The method has a good linear relationship with the content of p-phenylenediamine in the range of 1.0 mg/kg to 20.0 mg/kg,and the coefficient of regression is not less than 0.995.Three concentration levels of 1.0,5.0,and 20.0 mg/kg of p-phenylenediamine were spiked for plastic,rubber,and textile samples,and a relative standard deviation of 2.0%to 6.7%and a recovery rate of 81.6%to 92.2%were obtained.The proposed method is easy to operate,has a high recovery rate,and good reproducibility.Therefore,it can be used for the determination of p-phenylenediamine in large amount of consumer goods.
