摘 要:本文以长江大学物理化学课程建设与教学改革为例,结合当前新工科时代背景,响应国家人才战略呼唤,通过加强多学科交叉,培养学生发散思维;探索学科前沿,培养学生创新意识和能力;突出实验教学环节,培育团队协作及实践能力;引入翻转课堂,强化学生自主学习能力;加强思政教育,提升学生政治素养,以期达到提升教学质量,提高人才培养质量的目的。The physical chemistry course construction and teaching reform of Yangtze University was taken as an example.In order to make a better response to the national talent demand under the background of“new engineering”,in order to improve the teaching quality and strengthen the quality of talent cultivation,several teaching practice could be tried.For example,cultivate students'divergent thinking by strengthening multidisciplinary overlap,cultivate students'innovative consciousness and ability by exploring the frontier of the specialty,cultivate teamwork and practical ability by highlighting experimental teaching,strengthen students'autonomous learning ability by introducing flipped classroom and improve students'political literacy by strengthening ideological and political education.
