全龄友好型城镇社区规划策略——以温州市龙湾区为例

摘　　要：城镇社区是城市建设治理的基本单元,承载着居民大部分的日常生活,是居民提升生活品质、共建美好生活的核心载体。立足于当前全龄友好型社区规划实践,分析城镇社区全龄人群的构成,提出包括全龄友好的顶层谋划、代际需求的精准画像、空间场景的灵活匹配、互利互助的协同治理等方面的全龄友好型社区规划建设实施策略。以温州市龙湾区为例,从顶层谋划、代际需求、空间匹配、协同治理4个维度提出面向全龄友好的城镇社区规划建设策略,探索中国式现代化的城镇社区规划实施途径。Urban communities are the basic unit of urban construction and governance,carrying the daily lives of most citizens and serving as the core carrier for improving the quality of life and sharing a better life for the general public.With an analysis of the composition of different age groups and all-age friendly community practice,the all-age friendly community planning and construction implementation strategies are put forward from the aspects of top-level design,inter-generational needs,flexible matching of spatial scenarios,and coordinated governance with mutual help.The strategies are practiced in Longwan district of Wenzhou city for all-age friendly urban community planning and construction,exploring the path of urban community implementation in Chinese modernization.
