摘  要:近年来我国对新污染物治理的关注度持续上升,新烟碱类农药作为众多新污染物中的一个小分支,因其在全球范围内的广泛应用及其独特的毒性特征,已在环境介质中普遍存在,且对生态系统乃至人类健康构成了潜在的威胁,因此了解该领域的研究进展和热点演变至关重要。本文旨在运用文献计量学手段,对2000-2023年Web of Science(WoS)数据库收录的新烟碱类农药毒性相关文献进行全面分析,利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace等可视化软件绘制知识图谱。结果表明:2000-2023年新烟碱类农药毒性研究的发文量总体趋势相对稳定,且呈增长趋势,文献被引次数也逐年攀升。研究成果多发表在Science of the Total Environment,环境科学与生态学是发文量最多的学科领域,GOULSOND是最高产作者,中国和中国农业科学研究院分别是最高产的国家和机构。进一步的研究揭示,当前研究的热点主要围绕新烟碱类农药及其代谢产物在环境中的暴露情况、对昆虫等非目标生物的毒性作用以及深入到分子层面的毒性机制等方面展开,但关于新烟碱类农药在不同环境介质中的迁移、转化过程及长期累积所带来的毒性效应,以及它们对非靶标生物可能产生的联合毒性、慢性毒性,乃至通过食物链引发的累积毒性等复杂问题,尚且不足,亟需在未来的研究中加以填补和深化。In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the control of emerging pollutants.As a small subset of these pollutants,neonicotinoid pesticides are present in the environment and may pose potential risks to ecosystems and even humans due to their widespread use and unique toxicity.Therefore,it is crucial to understand the research progress and evolving hot topics in this field.This article aims to use bibliometric methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the literature on the toxicity of neonicotinoid pesticides in the WoS database from 2000 to 2023,and use visualization software such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace to draw knowledge maps.The results show that the overall trend of the number of publications on neonicotinoid pesticides toxicity research papers from 2000-2023 is relatively stable,showing an upward trend over time,and the number of citations is also increasing year by year.Most of the research results were published in Science of the Total Environment.Environmental Science and Ecology are the most published disciplines.GOULSON D is the most prolific author,and China and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences are the most prolific countries and institutions.Further research shows that environmental exposure of neonicotinoid pesticides and their metabolites,toxicity to non-target organisms such as insects,and toxicity mechanisms at the molecular level are key topics of research.However,There is still a lack of research on the toxic effects of neonicotinoid pesticides on their migration,transformation and long-term accumulation in different environmental media,their combined toxicity and chronic toxic effects on non-target organisms,and their cumulative toxicity along the food chain,which need to be filled and deepened in the future.
