摘　　要：研究了雷莫拉宁的提取精制工艺。雷莫拉宁发酵液经预处理、树脂HZ801富集纯化、乙醇-1%磷酸二氢钠水溶液(酒精度80%)解吸、500D有机纳滤膜浓缩和丙酮结晶,得到雷莫拉宁粗粉;再通过轴向压缩技术(洗脱剂为乙腈-3‰乙酸水溶液,体积比50∶50)分离、浓缩、2.0%活性炭脱色和丙酮重结晶,得到雷莫拉宁精粉。该工艺绿色环保、易操作,适合工业化放大生产。We explored the extraction and refining process of Ramoplanin.Ramoplanin crude powder can be obtained by the steps as follows:pretreatment of Ramoplanin fermentation liquid,enrichment and purification by resin HZ801,desorption with ethanol-1%sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution(alcoholic content of 80%),concentration by 500D organic nanofiltration membrane,and crystallization with acetone.Ramoplanin refined powder can be obtained by the steps as follows:separation by axial compression technology(acetonitrile-3‰acetic acid aqueous solution is adopted as the elution agent,volume ratio of 50∶50),concentration,decolorization with 2.0%activated carbon,and crystallization with acetone.The process is environmentally-friendly and easy to operate,making it suitable for industrial scale-up production.
