摘 要:采用低温脱硝催化剂Mn-Fe/TiO_(2),以脱硝效率为评价指标,开展了燃煤锅炉烟气低温SCR脱硝效率影响因素研究。结果表明,当反应温度为180℃、氨氮比为1.0、空速为20000 h^(-1)、氧气浓度为5%、二氧化硫浓度为0 mg·m^(-3)、含水率为0%时,SCR脱硝效率达到99.1%;此外,当烟气中的二氧化硫浓度低于300 mg·m^(-3)时,SCR脱硝效率仍能达到95.0%以上;当含水率低于5%时,SCR脱硝效率仍能达到85.0%以上,说明低温脱硝催化剂Mn-Fe/TiO_(2)具有较强的抗硫和抗水污染能力。Taking denitrification efficiency as an evaluation index,we carried out a study on the influencing factors of low-temperature SCR denitrification efficiency for coal-fired boiler flue gas by using low-temperature denitrification catalyst Mn-Fe/TiO_(2).The results show that,when the reaction temperature is 180℃,the ammonia-nitrogen ratio is 1.0,the space velocity is 20000 h^(-1),the oxygen concentration is 5%,the sulfur dioxide concentration is 0 mg·m^(-3),and the water content is 0%,the SCR denitrification efficiency can reach 99.1%.In addition,when the sulfur dioxide concentration in flue gas is less than 300 mg·m^(-3),the denitrification efficiency can still reach more than 95.0%.When the water content is less than 5%,the SCR denitrification efficiency can still reach more than 85.0%,indicating that the low-temperature denitrification catalyst Mn-Fe/TiO 2 has strong anti-sulfur and anti-water pollution capabilities.
