摘 要:高职院校智能制造装备技术专业培养的是对接“中国制造2025”中高端制造领域,掌握智能制造技术,可从事该领域的生产、调试、销售、售后服务等岗位工作的高素质技术技能人才。以智能制造装备技术应用和技能培养为主线,紧跟地方产业发展需求,通过深化产教融合,整合校内外智能制造实训基地的软、硬件资源,围绕智能设计、智能制造、智能物联、智能管控四大关键环节,推进理实一体化教学改革。通过构建多层次、多模块、互相关联的新型教学格局,打造教、学、做一体化教学云平台,以满足不同层次学生的学习需求,提升其实践与创新能力。The Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Technology program in vocational colleges aligns with the high-end manufacturing sector outlined in"Made in China 2025."It aims to cultivate highly skilled professionals who are proficient in intelligent manufacturing technologies and can engage in production,debugging,sales,and after-sales services in this field.Focusing on the application of intelligent manufacturing equipment and skill development,the program responds to local industry demands by deepening industry-education integration and optimizing resources from internal and external intelligent manufacturing training bases.It promotes teaching reforms centered on practical integration,addressing key areas such as intelligent design,intelligent manufacturing,intelligent IoT,and intelligent control.Through the construction of a multi-level,modular,and interconnected teaching framework,the program develops a teaching-learning-doing integrated cloud platform to cater to students'diverse learning needs and enhance their practical and innovative abilities.
