摘 要:磷化氢广泛应用于熏蒸消毒、工业制造等职业生产中,极易引发磷化氢吸入中毒。此外,口服磷化铝和磷化锌可与胃酸反应产生磷化氢。近年来,磷化氢急性中毒事件频发,对职业安全和健康构成严重威胁。本综述通过分析磷化氢性质、临床症状和体征、影像学及实验室检查、治疗方案以及尸检和组织病理学检查,为急性磷化氢中毒患者的卫生应急处置技术方案提供理论依据。Phosphine is extensively utilized in occupational settings,including fumigation disinfection and industrial manufacturing,and carries a high risk of causing phosphine inhalation poisoning.Oral ingestion of phosphine aluminum and zinc phosphide can lead to the production of phosphine through reaction with stomach acid.In recent years,there has been an increase in acute phosphine poisoning incidents,posing a significant threat to occupational safety and health.This review analysis the properties,clinical symptoms and signs,imaging and laboratory examinations,treatment protocols,as well as autopsy and histopathological examinations of patients with acute phosphine poisoning to provide a theoretical basis for developing technical strategies for emergency health response in cases of acute phosphine poisoning.
