摘 要:查阅相关文献,从调控能量代谢、增强和调节全身免疫功能、促使脑脊液(CSF)中八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK)-8含量恢复至正常水平、增加脊髓P物质(SP)含量、提高机体抗氧化应激能力、抑制关节滑膜细胞增生和炎性细胞浸润等六方面对热补针法治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的作用机制进行概述,认为热补针法可以从多方面阻断RA的发生和进展,但还需从“组学”技术、针刺选穴、临床试验等方面进一步深入研究其作用机制。By referring to relevant literature, this paper provides an overview of the mechanism for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) with heat-reinforcing needling from the following six aspects:regulating energy metabolism, enhancing and regulating the systemic immune function, restoring the content of CCK-8 in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) to the normal level, increasing the content of substance P(SP) in the spinal cord, enhancing the body's anti-oxidative stress ability, and inhibiting joint synovial cell proliferation and inflammatory cell infiltration. It is concluded that heat-reinforcing needling can prevent the occurrence and progression of RA through multiaspect;however, it is still necessary to further investigate its mechanism from the aspects of "omics" technology, acupuncture point selection, clinical trials, etc.
