摘 要:废水、废气和固废中含有的重金属被排放到自然环境中,会导致严重的重金属超标和污染,对人体造成严重伤害。该研究通过水热法,以废弃中药渣为碳源,尿素为氮源,制备一系列具有介孔结构的氮掺杂生物炭,并构建一种有效的新型电化学传感器,用于检测水中Cd2+。通过循环伏安法(Cyclic Voltammetry,CV)和计时电流法(Chronoamperometry,CA)对生物炭材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行表征和测试。结果表明:用碳、氮质量比为1:1的材料修饰工作电极,在Cd^(2+)浓度为0.08 mmol·L_(-1),pH=5的电解液中以-2.4 V的沉积电位富集240 s,扫描速度为0.025 V·s^(-1)的条件下检测水中Cd^(2+)效果最佳。该研究开辟了中药废弃物资源化的新路径,有望提供一种快速、灵敏的重金属监测手段,对环境保护和公共健康具有重要价值。The heavy metals contained in wastewater,waste gas and solid waste are discharged into the natural environment,which will lead to serious heavy metals exceeding the standard and pollution,and cause serious harm to the human body.In this study,a series of nitrogen-doped biochar with mesoporous structure was prepared by hydrothermal method using waste Chinese medicine residue as carbon source and urea as nitrogen source,and an effective new electrochemical sensor was constructed to detect Cd^(2+)in water.The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of biochar materials were characterized and tested by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and chronoamperometry(CA).The results showed that the material with a carbon-nitrogen mass ratio of 1:1 was used to modify the working electrode.Under the conditions of Cd^(2+)concentration of 0.08 mM,pH=5 electrolyte,the deposition potential of-2.4 V at 240 s,and the scanning speed of 0.025 V·s^(-1),the detection effect of Cd^(2+)in water was the best.This study opens up a new path for the recycling of traditional Chinese medicine waste,and is expected to provide a rapid and sensitive monitoring method for heavy metals,which has important value for environmental protection and public health.
